Ryan William Pyatt
May 8th, 1993 January 22nd, 2010

Ryan, a Team PoundOut Family member, passed away Friday, January 22nd at
his home in Ralston, Nebraska. Ryan the youngest of three children was raised
in Greene, Iowa, and then moved to Omaha in 2006. He was a sophomore at
Papillion-Lavista High School, who had many friends, and had a great sense of
humor. Ryan had a big heart and would do anything for you, he was always
smiling, laughing & just enjoying life. He was a very gifted athlete and was going
to go far as an MMA competitor. Ryan became a member of Team PoundOut in
Spring of 2008, he was very dedicated and loyal to Team PoundOut since day
one. He was a very big part of Team PoundOut Events and our personal life as
well. The loss of Ryan is truly a tragedy. Our memories with him will be
cherished forever. Ryan will be missed terribly and he is loved very much. May
he rest in peace, and we hope to see him again one day.

Ryan was preceded in death by grandmothers, Virginia Grasso and LaVonne
Pyatt. He survived by his parents, Stew and Cyndi Pyatt; brother, Scott Grasso
and wife, Mallory; sister, Elizabeth Pyatt; grandparents, Tino (Pat) Grasso and
Charles (Hattie) Pyatt; nieces, Bella Grasso and Emma Grasso "Ryan's God
Child"; Girlfriend, Reagan McKenna; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and
dear friends.
